How International Vehicle Export Works
At Wuling Global Export Hub, we maintain a transparent, reliable, and legally compliant export workflow designed to give international dealerships and fleet operators absolute confidence.
Vehicle Selection & Proforma Quotation
Browse our 34-vehicle catalog and specify your target model (EV, PHEV, or Gasoline), steering requirement (Left-Hand Drive or factory Right-Hand Drive), color assortment, and quantity. Our sales managers prepare an itemized Proforma Invoice (PI) detailing FOB or CIF pricing to your destination seaport.
Contract Confirmation & Banking Terms
Upon agreement, a formal international sales contract is executed. We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with standard commercial milestones (30% deposit to initiate factory allocation and 70% balance against Bill of Lading copy) or Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C at sight) from prime commercial banks.
Factory Allocation & Independent Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Brand-new 0km vehicles are assigned with specific VIN records. Complete pre-departure diagnostics and battery state-of-charge protocols are completed. Buyers can request independent third-party physical inspection through SGS or Bureau Veritas (BV) prior to port loading.
Vessel Booking, Container Stuffing & Port Departure
Vehicles are transferred to departure ports (Shanghai, Ningbo, Guangzhou, or Chongqing dry port). Shipments are loaded into 40ft High Cube containers using engineered automotive racking or driven onto ocean Ro-Ro carriers. Complete photographic evidence and container seal numbers are sent immediately to the buyer.
Turnkey Customs Documentation & Final Discharge
Original maritime documents (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Inspection Certificates) are couriered via DHL/FedEx or released electronically via Telex to your customs broker for rapid port discharge.
