1. Nature of B2B Wholesale Trade

All transactions, quotations, and contracts entered into through this website are conducted on a business-to-business (B2B) commercial basis. Vehicle specifications and technical parameters are sourced directly from manufacturer documentation.

2. Quotations & Proforma Invoices

Quotations issued online represent non-binding indicative pricing subject to ocean freight rate fluctuations, currency exchange, and factory inventory allocation. Binding terms are established solely upon signature of an official Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract.

3. Inspection & Acceptance

Buyers are entitled to commission third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) prior to vessel departure. Once bills of lading are issued and vehicles are in ocean transit, delivery is governed by international Incoterms (Incoterms 2020 FOB / CIF).

4. Independent Export Status

We operate as an authorized international supply chain export partner for SAIC-GM-Wuling (SGMW) products. All brand names, logos, and model trademarks belong to their respective proprietary owners.
